We are partnered with a leading contractor, delivering complex projects across various sectors that exceed client expectations, contribute to community development, and uphold the values of integrity, innovation, and excellence. Due to continued growth the company is now looking for an experienced Bid Manager. As a BID Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire BID Management process from opportunity identification to proposal submission and contract negotiation. You will be reporting to the Company Director and collaborate with a cross-functional team, including design and M&E to develop proposals that align with client needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Manage the preparation of bid documents, including technical proposals, pricing schedules, and qualification statements, in collaboration with project teams and subject matter experts.
Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain quotes, pricing, and other required information for bid submissions.
Ensure that bid packages are submitted accurately, professionally, and on time, in accordance with client requirements and specifications.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
5+ years' experience in Bid Management, Estimating, or Commercial roles within construction with focus in high-tech construction industry including cleanroom, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and data centre or similar.
